Mineral Wool Board Production Line

The Mineral wool board production line includes material preparation, board forming, drying, cutting, surface treatment, pattern processing and finished-product inspection.

 Each production stage is managed to maintain consistent board thickness, dimensions, appearance and edge quality. Different surface patterns and edge designs can be produced to meet the decorative and installation requirements of commercial ceiling projects. 

Before packaging, finished boards are inspected for flatness, surface defects, dimensional accuracy and packaging condition. Wanlixin Mineral wool boards can be matched with Paint-baked ceiling T-grid systems, providing a complete ceiling solution for offices, classrooms, hospitals, hotels, retail stores, factories and other indoor spaces.
